Here we come 2008!
Howdy everyone!

Yes I know I am a very bad LJer and haven't posted anything in about 6 months, so of course the first thing I am going to do is start off with a request. I am flying out of Sydney to NZ on the 9th of January, but because of the early hour at which I am required to check in (6:30am is when I need to be at the airport)I need to travel up to Sydney on the 8th. Are there any Sydneysiders out there who could put me up for the night of the 8th of January? I will buy you dinner/chocolate/beer/wine/food of choice for the privelege of sleeping on your couch.

For all you Chch people, I will be in town from the 9th - 16th of Jan. I know lots of you will be back to work but I hope I can still manage to catch up with everyone. Please email me if you don't have my mobile number.

And now back to slothing around and enjoying the last day of holidays.

I'd love to have you to stay, but unfortunately, I don't have any space or sleeping place to offer you at the moment - the downside of a one bedroom flat that I'm still trying to sort my possessions into. I hope you find some crash space and I hape you have a fabulous trip.

Thanks for the offer. I think I will end up staying at a hotel at the airport, it will certianly make checking in at 6:30am a little easier.

Good luck with all the sorting, very painful to do but very satisfying once complete.

I'm currently scheduled to spend Thursday afternoon + dinner doing stuff with Bec. Did you know her at all? We may well go walking.

Not sure if it's too late to ring now. I'll ring in the morning, or if you see this before midnight give me a call (980-6732).

(Current plans are probably a late lunch after I finish editing summaries and a walk of undetermined length along the beach if the weather cooperates.)

Walk on Monday sounds good - hopefully it will have cooled down a bit by then. Just suggested beer and pizza tomorrow night on my LJ, hopefully a few people will be able to come.
